Key responsibilities & impact

Manage projects and/or products focused on the financial market
Act as an interface between business areas, technology, and stakeholders
Lead ceremonies, alignment sessions, and roadmap monitoring
Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality of deliveries are met
Map risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
Support requirements definition and prioritization of requests
Monitor KPIs and the progress of initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a PM, Product Manager, Project Manager, or related roles
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Strong communication, analytical mindset, and a hands-on approach
Experience with regulatory processes and/or compliance
Knowledge of financial products and banking operations
