About the role

  • Drive the evolution of business processes by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Structure and detail functional requirements with a high level of clarity, supporting technical teams in solution development
  • Support the development of data-driven solutions, ensuring correct interpretation, use, and traceability of information
  • Assess system-wide impacts and dependencies across different platforms (CRM, ERP, Data Lake, etc.)
  • Participate in the prioritization of initiatives, considering business value and technical feasibility
  • Ensure that deliveries are aligned with the project's functional requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in functional analysis, business processes, or digital products within complex corporate environments
  • Experience in elicitation, refinement, and requirements management in multidisciplinary projects
  • Practical knowledge of systems integration and data flows
  • Analytical capability to work with large volumes of data and multiple sources
  • Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical market data is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and executive audiences
  • Autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to influence decisions
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of CRM solutions (e.g., Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce)
  • Experience with data initiatives (Data Lake, Data Visualization, BI, Data Governance)
