About the role

  • Provide technical leadership to the development team across diverse projects
  • Serve as the technical reference for the technologies used by the team (.NET, Node.js, React, Oracle, SQL Server, and Kubernetes)
  • Perform code reviews, provide mentoring, and promote the team's technical growth
  • Define architecture standards, best practices, and deployment strategies
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (such as plannings, dailies, and retrospectives)
  • Collaborate with other areas (Product, QA, Infrastructure) to ensure value-driven deliveries
  • Support technical prioritization and effort estimation of tasks
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of developed solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in .NET (C#) development and/or Node.js
  • Proficiency in React.js for building front-end applications
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Practical experience with version control (Git) and continuous integration
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
