About the role
- Lead initiatives related to CRM platforms, ensuring full governance of deliverables (schedule, costs, scope, and quality)
- Act as the focal point between technical teams, business units, and executives, facilitating alignment and decision-making
- Lead projects with a strong data focus, including system integrations, data structuring, and ensuring data reliability
- Develop and monitor execution plans, anticipate risks, and provide visibility through reports to leadership
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams with different specialties (business, technology, and data), promoting collaboration and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in CRM-related solutions and processes
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading CRM-focused projects
- Experience with widely used industry tools such as Salesforce, IQVIA, or Veeva
- Relevant experience in initiatives with extensive use of data and integrations
- Ability to navigate between technical and strategic discussions
- Clear communication skills and ability to influence at different levels of the organization
- Experience with agile and/or structured project management approaches
