About the role
- Lead the end-to-end migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
- Design and implement reusable GitHub Actions workflows.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of GitHub Advanced Security.
- Define and enforce CI/CD standards.
- Act as the technical lead for AWS modernization initiatives.
- Design and maintain Terraform code for AWS infrastructure.
- Support container engineering practices including Helm.
- Contribute to serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
- Embed security and compliance controls into delivery pipelines.
- Work closely with platform, security, cloud, and application teams.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud automation, platform engineering, or related areas.
- Advanced hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise.
- Advanced expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
- Strong experience with GitHub Advanced Security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Strong experience with AWS services relevant to modern cloud delivery.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps as a migration source environment.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, automation, compliance, and secure cloud delivery.
- Proven experience in international projects.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
