About the role
- Support client access management by performing access grants, modifications, revocations, and tracking requests
- Respond to requests for creation, modification, and revocation of client access
- Monitor and handle tickets in service tools (e.g., Zendesk or Jira)
- Validate the information required to grant access
- Follow workflows and procedures defined by Information Security / Identity Management
- Assist with periodic access reviews and report generation
- Interact with internal teams to validate requests when necessary
- Ensure that request records are accurate and auditable
- Assist in documentation and process improvements
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Information Security
- Basic understanding of access control
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira, Service Desk)
- Basic knowledge of Excel
