About the role

  • Support client access management by performing access grants, modifications, revocations, and tracking requests
  • Respond to requests for creation, modification, and revocation of client access
  • Monitor and handle tickets in service tools (e.g., Zendesk or Jira)
  • Validate the information required to grant access
  • Follow workflows and procedures defined by Information Security / Identity Management
  • Assist with periodic access reviews and report generation
  • Interact with internal teams to validate requests when necessary
  • Ensure that request records are accurate and auditable
  • Assist in documentation and process improvements

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Information Security
  • Basic understanding of access control
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Zendesk, Jira, Service Desk)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
