About the role
- Generalist responsibilities in Personnel/Human Resources routines, ensuring legal compliance.
- Responsible for assisting employees and interns with onboarding, contractual changes, and terminations.
- Receipt, verification, organization, and control of hiring/onboarding documents.
- Responding to inquiries via ticketing system.
- Liaison with the occupational health provider, ensuring monitoring and scheduling of periodic medical exams.
- Registration of employees and interns in the HR system.
- Preparation and issuance of departmental reports.
- Issuing contracts in the system and ensuring collection of signatures.
- Sending payroll information to outsourced accounting.
- Analytical review of payroll.
- Recording, verifying, and approving salary payments.
- Termination procedures, including verification of termination payments and settlements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in related activities.
- Preferably enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related fields.
