About the role

  • Lead the implementation of the V360 system integrated with SAP.
  • Automate the receipt and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Improve the efficiency of the finance and procurement areas.
  • Map current invoice receipt processes and propose improvements.
  • Define scope, schedule, risks, and communication plan.
  • Act as the bridge between the business, IT, consulting firms, and the V360 vendor.
  • Ensure the quality of testing, user acceptance (homologation), and go-live.
  • Lead change management activities and user training.
  • Monitor post-implementation KPIs and continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Project Manager in SAP environments (MM, FI, SD or similar).
  • Experience in projects automating invoice receipt or accounts payable.
  • Knowledge of integrations between third-party systems and SAP.
  • Previous work with project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall/traditional).
  • Effective communication skills with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
  • Direct experience implementing V360 integrated with SAP.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PMI, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience with fiscal compliance projects and automation of tax/fiscal documents.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale corporate projects.
