About the role
- Act as a Senior Systems Analyst focused on handling the client's backoffice tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and requests;
- Receive, prioritize and resolve the client's backoffice tickets, ensuring complete solutions and clear communication;
- Diagnose issues in banking systems and Sinqia (when applicable);
- Monitor system updates and changes that impact support;
- Serve as a liaison between the client and technical teams, functionally explaining needs and solutions;
- Maintain clear records and documentation of support activities;
- Support the team with infrastructure and cloud validations (when necessary) related to legacy systems.
Requirements
- Functional and business knowledge of financial market systems (essential);
- Experience with Sinqia systems (a plus);
- Strong communication skills; ability to understand and translate client needs into technical solutions;
- Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure and cloud (AWS), web servers, monitoring, databases, among others;
- Ability to analyze and diagnose issues in legacy systems and modern platforms;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of languages such as Python, .NET, Java, C#, Delphi (a plus for simple automations and technical support);
