About the role

  • Act as a Senior Systems Analyst focused on handling the client's backoffice tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and requests;
  • Receive, prioritize and resolve the client's backoffice tickets, ensuring complete solutions and clear communication;
  • Diagnose issues in banking systems and Sinqia (when applicable);
  • Monitor system updates and changes that impact support;
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and technical teams, functionally explaining needs and solutions;
  • Maintain clear records and documentation of support activities;
  • Support the team with infrastructure and cloud validations (when necessary) related to legacy systems.

Requirements

  • Functional and business knowledge of financial market systems (essential);
  • Experience with Sinqia systems (a plus);
  • Strong communication skills; ability to understand and translate client needs into technical solutions;
  • Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure and cloud (AWS), web servers, monitoring, databases, among others;
  • Ability to analyze and diagnose issues in legacy systems and modern platforms;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of languages such as Python, .NET, Java, C#, Delphi (a plus for simple automations and technical support);
