About the role

  • Deeply understand the available APIs
  • The primary integration flows
  • The funds' business rules
  • Know the main client types and integration scenarios
  • Map recurring questions and weak points in the documentation
  • Work autonomously supporting API integrations
  • Significantly reduce the volume of technical requests routed to the wrong team
  • Advise clients on which endpoint to use and why
  • Accurately translate business needs into technical guidance
  • Propose targeted improvements to documentation and integration flows
  • Serve as an internal reference for clients' technical integrations
  • Help accelerate clients' technical onboarding
  • Provide structured feedback to Product (with technical and business context)
  • Increase customer satisfaction for more complex integrations (especially FIDC - receivables investment funds)

Requirements

  • Experience with and understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Authentication (JWT tokens, handshake)
  • Practical experience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Familiarity with webhooks and asynchronous integrations
  • Understanding of investment funds
  • Ability to understand operational flows
  • Clear understanding of how business rules impact integrations
  • Practical knowledge of FIDCs, receivables credit assignments, operational events, and integrations with back-office / fund administrator systems
  • Clear, didactic communication
  • Ability to translate complex topics
  • Consultative, solution-oriented profile
  • Organization and prioritization
  • Autonomy with responsibility
