About the role
- Participate in onboarding and implementation meetings for new clients, supporting the technical and functional execution.
- Provide support to clients in using the platform and integrating via APIs.
- Assist the team and clients with questions regarding banking flows (account opening, TED, Pix, validations, and rules).
- Explain the logic of integrations and endpoints, guiding clients on how to consume the APIs.
- Help produce usage documentation and client guidance (flows, manuals, FAQs).
- Interact with internal teams (Product/Tech/Operations) to monitor and unblock implementation tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with banking products: account opening, Pix, TED, transfers, and routine banking operations.
- Strong communication skills to work directly with clients and lead meetings.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, including endpoints, methods (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE), payloads/JSON, authentication (token, API Key), and the ability to read technical documentation.
- Analytical and organized profile with a focus on problem solving.
- Experience working as a functional/product/implementation analyst (development experience not required).
