About the role
- Build and lead new software engineering teams;
- Direct management of engineering coordinators;
- Promote staff development and engagement;
- Support project management, timelines, metrics and deliveries;
- Ensure the application of development best practices and quality standards;
- Maintain alignment and collaboration across diverse areas, both business/product and technical teams;

Requirements

- Strategic vision and project management capabilities;

- Technical background in software development and architecture;
