About the role
- Define and implement automated testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, API).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, and Robot Framework.
- Participate in the Three Amigos meeting to ensure clear and testable requirements.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, promoting continuous quality.
- Act as a champion for quality culture, promoting preventive practices.
- Collaborate with developers in reviewing unit and integration tests.
- Monitor quality metrics and propose improvements to QA processes.
Requirements
- Solid experience in test automation (UI, API, integration).
- Deep knowledge of Shift Left Testing and agile practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with preventive testing strategies and risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams.
