About the role
- Functional Analyst to work on banking-sector projects, responsible for elicitation, analysis, and functional specification of systems.
- Acting as a bridge between business areas, end users, and technical teams, with strong communication skills and a solution-architecture perspective.
Requirements
- Proven experience in functional analysis of banking projects
- More than 5 years of experience preparing functional specifications
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in:
- System architecture
- Systems integration
- API-based solutions
- Understanding of backend and frontend distinctions
- Hybrid environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with users, conducting interviews and efficiently eliciting requirements
- Ability to handle complex topics and coordinate across multiple areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease reporting information to senior management.
