About the role

  • Deep understanding of the financial/capital markets
  • Product Management: Act as the product guardian, ensuring the strategic vision is translated into tangible features
  • Keep the backlog updated and prioritized according to business needs
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a facilitator between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication aligned with strategic objectives
  • Story Writing: Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories, facilitating understanding and execution by the development team
  • Support for Acceptance Testing (UAT): Actively collaborate in the acceptance process, ensuring products meet established quality standards and customer expectations
  • Knowledge of Scrum: Strong experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Facilitate meetings, remove impediments, and ensure continuous delivery of value
  • Develop and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment with market needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in projects related to the financial market
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, commuting to the São Paulo office 3 times per week
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience using Jira
  • Advanced English
  • Solid experience in the financial sector, especially in banks or fintechs
  • Clear understanding of the industry, regulations, and investment practices
  • Residence in São Paulo or nearby regions (100% on-site)
