About the role

  • Work on the development and evolution of digital products, supporting stakeholders with technical and business challenges to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality deliveries.
  • Develop digital products using software engineering best practices.
  • Perform technical analyses, advocate implementation approaches, and propose continuous improvements.
  • Support the design of system architecture, integrations, and platform evolution strategies.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents by analyzing and efficiently solving problems.
  • Ensure smooth integration and communication with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and development squads.
  • Participate in delivery planning, metrics, and agile rituals.
  • Drive technical evolution, suggesting improvements in performance, quality, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 5+ years working in back-end development with Python.
  • Expected technical proficiency: Advanced Python (including frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Advanced SQL and expertise in data modeling.
  • Experience with API development, versioning, and deployment.
  • Deep knowledge of software architecture and integrations.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
  • Experience in agile development environments.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex applications and integrations.
  • Differentials: Previous experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working on high-scale digital products.
  • Knowledge of microservices, messaging, and cloud.
