Product Designer

• Make a visible impact on the product by improving everyday usability and shaping new features, including ambiguous projects where you help define and craft solutions in close partnership with product management.
• Work directly with customers by planning and facilitating research, learning their language, and translating real-world problems into clear, actionable design direction.
• Operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy, driving projects forward, asking the right questions, making informed design decisions, and clearly communicating the reasoning behind them.
• Use a range of prototyping methods for iterative feedback and gathering insights.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, engineers, and collaborators.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, constructively challenging each other and holding the bar high for quality and craft.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, using it consistently, maintaining it, and identifying opportunities to improve and extend it.
