About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow business opportunities within the energy services market
- Leverage relationships across ESCOs, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, and ownership groups
- Lead discovery conversations and early-stage opportunity development
- Navigate multi-stakeholder projects and long-form sales cycles
- Collaborate with Tri-Merit’s internal technical teams on project execution and delivery
- Represent Tri-Merit throughout the energy and ESCO community
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience at an ESCO or energy services firm
- Strong understanding of consultative, relationship-driven sales
- Existing industry relationships within energy, engineering, construction, or public-sector markets
- Self-motivated professional comfortable working with autonomy
- Strong communication and business development skills
