About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles including Medical Assistants, LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Care Delivery Operations, and Health Coaches.
- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective interview plans.
- Maintain disciplined ATS hygiene in Greenhouse including tagging, workflow updates, documentation, and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to hiring managers and leadership.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience rooted in clarity, communication, and empathy.
- Contribute to process improvements and TA initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on clinical hiring.
- Proven success recruiting for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, NPs, and/or related healthcare roles.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (workflows, reporting, tagging, automation, pipeline management).
- Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, and passive outreach strategies.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
