Full-stack Engineer

• Extend OpenEye’s programming toolkits by developing and implementing new and useful scientific and technical features to aid customers in developing bespoke solutions.
• Explore methods for further enhancing OpenEye’s virtual screening platform (including OMEGA, ROCS, FastROCS, ROCS X, OEDocking).
• Apply chemistry/cheminformatics expertise with ML experts to build robust, scalable models to support data-driven decision making.
• Work on retrospective and prospective projects both internally and with collaborators to validate methodologies.
• Work with Orion project team to further optimize compound design workflows in Orion.

• Work closely with the Sales team to identify and scope opportunities for Cadence system dynamics simulation solutions and related product technologies
• Plan, execute, and manage key technical evaluations and benchmark with existing and potential customers to ensure successful adoption
• Train, ramp-up and accompany customer project
• Conduct basic and advanced trainings, presentations and demos as necessary
• Providing technical expertise to drive clients' needs and address queries, which need expert involvement
• Aligned closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams on customer requirements and contribute to product improvement and technology/direction innovation.
