About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to filter and screen candidates
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in semiconductor, capital equipment or hardware domains
  • Relationships with representative candidate pool through past roles and industry knowledge
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry and microelectronics design, including chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, physical design, and emulation
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
