About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical direction for the organization’s technology infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Ensure that all IT services are secure, reliable, and aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Manage the IT department, including budget, and vendor-related contracts.
  • Develop and implement IT strategy, roadmap, and policies.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and technology platforms.
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities to protect organizational data.
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors and collaborate with department leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in a management or leadership role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), system administration, and security protocols.
  • Experience with donor management systems, membership management systems, meeting registration systems, training management systems
