About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Validate e-commerce deliveries with a focus on quality.
Create and maintain manual test scenarios based on acceptance criteria and user flows.
Execute functional tests in web and responsive mobile environments.
Report bugs clearly, with complete evidence.
Participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, plannings, reviews).
Collaborate with developers, Product Owners and other teams to ensure quality deliveries.
Support the organization and evolution of QA processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in manual testing for web applications.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong writing skills for documenting test scenarios and bugs.
Clear communication and teamwork skills.
Genuine interest in software quality.
Experience with test automation (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (VTEX is a major plus).
Good CI/CD and DevOps practices applied to QA.
