About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and direction of the accounts under your management, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives.
  • Build, review and evolve strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation.
  • Serve as the main client contact, leading executive meetings and strategic presentations.
  • Monitor performance indicators across the client portfolio.
  • Translate clients' challenges and needs into clear directives for internal teams.
  • Develop and lead the team under your responsibility, promoting technical growth, strategic vision and high performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Communication, Technology or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in areas such as Project Management, Strategy, Business or similar (preferred).
  • Solid experience in account management, strategic client service, consulting or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with medium and large clients.
  • Proven track record with business KPIs, portfolio management and operational governance.
  • Previous experience leading teams (direct or matrix reporting).
  • Experience in dynamic, results-oriented environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
