About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce content for landing pages, pillar pages, department pages, categories and subcategories, product descriptions, and other client website structures, as well as blog posts;
Optimize on-page content in accordance with SEO best practices;
Optimize meta tags, heading tags, and alt text;
Develop content plans aligned with project strategy and goals, client briefs, diagnostics, and audits;
Orchestrate and refine the production of SEO/GEO-optimized content using AI resources;
Perform competitive analyses, content gap analyses, content pruning, EEAT assessments, and other specialty tasks in the field;
Contribute to link building strategies regarding ideation, production, and development of unique assets in line with the content plan;
Monitor search trends and trending topics to identify content opportunities;
Follow different content channels to build personal repertoire and expand the team's reference library;
Share knowledge with the team;
Demonstrate strong command of SEO metrics;
Show interest in and a basic understanding of GEO;
Measure results and the impact of implemented actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Publicity, or other Communication-related fields;
Technical skills: strong writing ability and solid knowledge of web writing, spelling, and grammar are essential, as well as knowledge and experience working in SEO;
Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Trends, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics;
Familiarity with generative AI and/or an interest in content production innovations is a plus;
Organization and method: able to organize tasks and prioritize what is relevant according to the timing and needs of the team or client;
Problem solving: seeks to understand the current situation or problem from micro to macro to propose solutions, assesses the risks of proposed solutions, and validates practical application with leadership;
Adaptability: able to adapt to different scenarios or circumstances, open to change, and willing to work with new tools, technologies, people, or projects;
Initiative: takes end-to-end ownership of deliverables, asks questions when in doubt, and reaches out to leadership or colleagues when needing help to progress a task;
