About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement complex technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance and maintainability.
- Lead the implementation of complex integrations, asynchronous patterns, error handling and observability.
- Evaluate trade-offs between declarative configuration, Apex, LWC, integration and event-driven architecture.
- Perform root cause analysis of critical incidents, performance issues and platform limits, and define mitigation plans.
- Define deployment strategy, versioning, CI/CD, automation of validations and release governance.
- Define integration standards, API security, authentication, failure handling and idempotency.
- Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, integrations and other Salesforce platform features.
- Provide technical support for continuous improvement of solutions and operations.
- Mentor developers, deliver technical training and support the team’s growth in seniority.
- Support architecture design, estimations, identification of technical risks and the platform evolution plan.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Core development.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, focusing on scalability, code reuse, exception handling and architectural best practices.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, including Queueable, Batch Apex, Future methods and Schedulable.
- Experience with high data volumes, bulkification, performance optimization and platform limits.
- Experience developing user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce Pages.
- Experience with integrations and consuming/exposing APIs, including REST, Apex REST, Composite API, Bulk API and Graph API.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, webhooks and inter-system communication.
- Experience with code versioning, Git, GitHub and CI/CD practices applied to Salesforce development.
- Knowledge of platform development best practices, including test classes, code coverage, technical organization and delivery quality.
- Ability to test, analyze and review applications.
