About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on organic search performance growth;
  • Work 360° across projects, with emphasis on Technical SEO and strategy, coordinating with Content, Reputation and Experience teams;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of metrics and results using analytics tools (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) and SEO-specific tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush);
  • Perform technical diagnostics and audits, identifying and prioritizing On-page and Off-page optimization opportunities;
  • Manage keyword research and ongoing ranking monitoring;
  • Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies, adapting projects to search behavior in generative engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, etc.);
  • Support and develop ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies when applicable;
  • Build reports and present results, analyses and strategic materials to clients;
  • Serve as the client point of contact, addressing requests with a results-oriented approach and promoting SEO culture;
  • Share knowledge and expand the team’s repository of references.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising/Publicity, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven experience in SEO, with autonomy in managing projects;
  • Strong command of On-page and Off-page factors;
  • 360° approach, with emphasis on Technical SEO and strategy;
  • Applied understanding of GEO and the impact of generative engines on search behavior (Gemini, ChatGPT, AI Overviews, etc.);
  • Knowledge of best practices for using AI in SEO;
  • Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies;
  • Analytics tools: GA4 and Adobe Analytics;
  • SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs;
  • Solid experience creating presentations and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace);
  • English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
