About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, implement, and optimize Retail Media campaigns;
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to the client;
- Lead planning deliverables, routine analyses, results presentations, and operational requests from the Media team;
- Ensure quality deliverables and strong results in campaign operations;
- Explore channels and formats that bring innovation to Retail Media across project campaigns;
- Support Assistants in their development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Retail Media in the following areas:
- Campaign planning, channels, placements, and ad formats aimed at both awareness (brand visibility) and conversion (ROAS and revenue);
- Campaign creation, audience structuring, segmentations, media formats, and daily optimization of results;
- Ability to work with data analysis, calculate metrics, and create charts;
- Ability to build media reports/trackers in Google Sheets and Looker Studio;
- Ability to extract and analyze data using Supermetrics;
- Familiarity with the results analysis process, providing justifications and action plans to scale performance;
- Identify opportunities for improvements in results and processes;
- Knowledge of new channels and formats to recommend strategies aligned with the client’s objectives;
- Experience presenting results in meetings such as dailies and plannings;
- Knowledge of other Digital Media channels is a plus;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo (city).
