About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in planning, creating and executing media campaigns (defining objectives, formats and targeting, identifying opportunities) to address the client brief;
Implement campaigns and manage campaign budgets, seeking optimizations to meet the proposed investment and the client's goals;
Participate in meetings with clients and media partners, recommending media adjustments to achieve client objectives;
Extract and update daily, weekly or monthly campaign performance reports;
Analyze client account performance, propose campaign performance improvements and suggest solutions for challenges that arise;
Collaborate closely with the team of Analysts, Assistants and Account Specialists.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience operating Amazon Ads and Mercado Ads (priority); experience with Impulso and VTEX Ads is a plus;
Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads is an advantage;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Slides, Supermetrics);
Analytical thinking and engaging communication skills;
Eagerness to deepen technical knowledge and grow strategically;
Proactivity;
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and in a performance-room environment.
