About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Animate motion assets for digital performance-focused campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, and others).
  • Produce videos from key visuals (KVs), adapting creative concepts for multiple formats and channels (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
  • Work with a high-volume production pipeline, ensuring quality, visual consistency, and fast turnaround.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop data- and results-driven creatives.
  • Contribute to A/B test design by proposing creative variations, hooks, openings, and visual approaches.
  • Edit videos, retouch images, apply animations, add soundtracks, and perform basic audio adjustments.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, video retention, etc.).
  • Organize files and project assets in a structured way to enable reuse and scalability.
  • Ensure deliverables meet the technical standards and best practices of each platform.
  • Stay up to date with motion trends, digital language, and content consumption behavior.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Motion Designer (mid-level), preferably in an agency or high-demand environment.
  • Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere (Premiere Pro), Photoshop and Figma (Illustrator is a plus).
  • Experience creating videos for social media and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Knowledge of editing, pacing, narrative and creating videos that capture attention in the first seconds.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Organized approach focused on scalability and asset reuse.
  • Attention to detail and visual consistency across deliverables.
  • Strong communication and willingness to collaborate with different teams (creative, media, BI).
  • Analytical mindset to understand what performs best and evolve creatives accordingly.
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and new creative approaches.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and performance logic.
  • Basic design knowledge (typography, composition, visual hierarchy).
  • Experience working with templates and scalable production of assets.
