About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-End Leadership: Define, prioritize and manage the product/project backlog, ensuring alignment between the company's strategic vision and technical delivery.
Focus on Innovation and AI: Identify opportunities to apply AI (Agentic AI, Data, LLMs, etc.) to optimize processes and create new product features.
Stakeholder Management: Work with the executive board, business areas and the development team.
Delivery Assurance: Monitor schedules, risks, dependencies and success KPIs, ensuring innovation projects are delivered with quality and real value.
Agile Culture and Adaptation: Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective), adapting the methodology to the team's reality and maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Dynamism and Proactivity: Ability to move quickly, make decisions under uncertainty, and keep the team motivated in a fast-changing environment;
Resilient Flexibility: While you master process frameworks, you understand that people and value delivery come before rigid rules. Ability to adapt methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) as the context requires;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Agile/Product certifications (differential): CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), PSPO;
Specializations, short courses or MBAs focused on Innovation Management, Digital Transformation or fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence/Data Science;
Influential Communication: Ability to translate highly technical AI terms into business language (and vice versa);
Project Management and Agility: Advanced proficiency in tools such as Jira, ClickUp, among others;
Roadmapping and Modeling: Experience with Miro or Figma to facilitate workshops and design flows.
