About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Multiformat Art Direction: Act as the guardian of strong aesthetics and ensure visual consistency across multiple accounts, respecting brand guidelines while bringing innovation to campaigns and formats.
  • High-performance Design & Motion: Create creatives (static and motion) focused on attention retention for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Consultative Approach and Idea Advocacy: Actively participate in client meetings to present and defend creative directions, articulating the technical rationale behind proposals.
  • AI Acceleration: Integrate generative artificial intelligence into the daily workflow to scale asset creation and propose disruptive aesthetics for client brands.
  • Interface with Squads: Collaborate with analysts to transform ideas and briefs into visual deliverables that boost organic and performance results.
  • Trend Curation: Monitor digital behavior and visual trends to quickly apply relevant insights across assigned accounts.
  • Impeccable On-Demand Delivery: Maintain standards in a high-volume environment, ensuring technical quality in typography, color, assets, and videos.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Versatility: Solid experience as an Art Director in agencies or environments operating across multiple channels and with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Adobe Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (essential for motion and video).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Proficiency or a genuine interest in using AI to optimize processes and elevate creative quality.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present strategic defenses to clients with varied profiles (from retail to corporate).
  • Social Media Portfolio: Clear demonstration of social media–focused work, including video editing, motion, and mastery of digital aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with Figma: Use of the tool for organizing layouts and prototyping social creatives.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Ability to switch creative context quickly between accounts from different niches.
  • Extreme Organization: Strong discipline with deadlines and the ability to self-manage in a high-volume demand environment.
  • Innovation Mindset: Constant pursuit of new technologies and methods to deliver more and better.
