About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead CRO projects focused on evolving the user journey and improving conversion rates;
Identify opportunities through in-depth analyses of user behavior, funnel performance, and user experience;
Structure and prioritize hypotheses based on data, experimentation methodologies and Design Thinking;
Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables;
Facilitate workshops, follow-ups and results presentations for clients;
Act as a strategic partner, guiding decisions based on data and business KPIs;
Integrate UX, data and performance teams to maximize results.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with CRO and conversion optimization projects;
Deep knowledge of UX, UX Research, heuristics, user-journey mapping and analysis, and Design Thinking;
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset;
Experience delivering presentations and managing client relationships;
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity and Looker Studio;
Familiarity with testing platforms such as VWO, Insider or similar;
Experience in project management and organizing roadmaps;
Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions;
Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
Experience with personalization and advanced experimentation strategies;
Familiarity with integrations between data, technology and user experience;
Understanding of AI applications for CRO and of new technologies that impact user behavior and conversion optimization;
Intermediate English.
