CRM Analyst, Mid-level
CadastraCRM Analyst responsible for managing integrated multichannel operations and developing data-driven strategies for engagement and retention. Works remotely or in a hybrid model primarily from Porto Alegre or São Paulo.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an integrated, multichannel operation within Insider;
- Organize the data structure within the platform;
- Develop strategies for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention;
- Manage, clean, and cluster the database;
- Structure project management, client meetings, and presentation materials;
- Deliver outputs and handle requests using Agile methodology;
- Perform performance, conversion, and and engagement analyses;
- Create dashboards and produce recurring reports;
- Implement and evolve the use of Insider features such as Web Templates, In-App, Push, Email, SMS, and automated journeys;
- Design and build complex relationship automation flows.
