About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consultative role: Present and defend ideas, plans, and strategies directly to clients of different profiles with clarity and confidence;
  • Innovation: Propose creative, suggestive solutions that go beyond the usual, using AI tools to generate insights and differentiation;
  • Production: Plan and create strategic content, preparing precise briefs for the Creative team;
  • Collaboration: Work in sync with the team and other departments, communicating proactively to avoid misunderstandings and ensure successful delivery;
  • Management: Publish, schedule, and monitor results, always seeking to optimize the approach based on data;
  • Community Management: Moderate and nurture interactions on social channels, turning feedback, questions, and criticism into opportunities to build relationships and strengthen the brand, with fast responses aligned to the appropriate tone for each audience;
  • Social Listening: Monitor mentions, trends, and sentiment on social media using specialized tools to anticipate crises, identify content opportunities, and support the planning team with data-driven analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent writing skills and command of Portuguese;
  • Solid experience presenting strategies and reports to clients;
  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for AI productivity tools;
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and management tools;
  • Experience with social listening tools (such as Crowd, Stilingue, Brandwatch, or similar) and qualitative data analysis to inform strategies;
  • Proven ability in managing online communities, focused on active engagement and assertive handling of crises or inquiries;
  • Organization and resilience to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and agility in responses;
  • Ability to manage multiple demands;
  • Impeccable communication: Able to express ideas clearly (spoken and written) and comfortable presenting in public/meetings;
  • Proactivity and autonomy: Does not wait for tasks to arrive; solves problems, asks questions when in doubt, and pursues solutions;
  • Teamwork: Works well in groups, shows empathy, and contributes to a positive team environment;
  • Adaptability: Flexible approach to dealing with clients of different profiles and levels of demand;
  • Suggestive mindset: Enjoys bringing new ideas and driving positive change.
