About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in planning, creating, and executing media campaigns (defining objectives, ad formats and targeting, identifying opportunities) to address the client brief;
Implement campaigns and manage campaign budgets, seeking optimizations to meet the proposed investment and the client’s goals;
Attend meetings with clients and media partners, recommending media adjustments to achieve client objectives;
Extract and update daily, weekly, or monthly campaign performance reports;
Analyze client account performance, propose improvements to campaign performance, and suggest solutions for challenges that arise;
Work in close collaboration with the account’s Analysts, Assistants, and Specialists.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of operating Amazon Ads and Mercado Ads (priority); experience with Impulso and VTEX Ads is a plus;
Experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is a differential;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Slides, Supermetrics);
Analytical mindset and engaging communication skills;
Willingness to deepen technical knowledge and develop strategically;
Proactivity;
Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and in a performance-room model.
