About the role

  • Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budget are met;
  • Plan and monitor schedules, deliverables, and resources, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
  • Act as a facilitator between multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration and engagement to achieve project objectives;
  • Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to minimize impact;
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables with client expectations;
  • Prepare status reports and present results to clients and leadership;
  • Actively participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior project management experience, preferably in digital or marketing environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar;
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation;
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong plus;
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is desirable;
  • Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and ability to work well in teams.
