About the role

  • Coordinate team members with design and copywriting expertise focused on digital, guiding day-to-day decisions, routine workflows, and technical questions;
  • Assess the technical capabilities of team members, map skill levels, and build development plans;
  • Ensure the quality of the team’s deliverables across the entire project portfolio by establishing efficient review workflows, including support from AI agents;
  • Develop and maintain the resources required for the team’s production: knowledge bases, feedback history, and standardized briefs for each project;
  • Continuously map automations and agents that contribute to the evolution of the team’s workflows and outputs;
  • Propose and deliver training to build the team’s capabilities;
  • Support the team with strategies and specific productions for client activations;
  • Work on problem resolution and opportunity identification with the team, related departments, and clients;
  • Manage relationships with strategic clients when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Art Director with a focus on digital assets (email, campaign layouts, asset variations, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for the creative process.
  • Excellent visual design skills and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color palettes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading creative teams and people management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and a drive to find innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and visual concepts.
  • Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback and integrating it into the work.
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Curiosity and a desire to stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies.
