About the role

  • Work in partnership with more experienced analysts and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions;
  • Support the development of automated dashboards and reports (Power BI);
  • Bring best practices for the maintenance and support of automated reports and dashboards (Power BI);
  • Perform exploratory analyses and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Support data-driven decision making by advising teams on the most appropriate ways to consume data and which data is most suitable for each business situation;
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and help generate insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience gathering requirements and understanding business problems, with the ability to translate real pain points into data-driven solutions;
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data modeling;
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in data visualization tools — Power BI is mandatory; familiarity with other tools is a plus;
  • Clear communication skills with both technical teams and business areas;
  • Confidence interacting with various stakeholders, including executives, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making;
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into understandable, value-oriented messages for customers;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and task management tools (preferably Jira);
  • Advanced English (for reading, writing, and occasional communication in meetings).
