Assist in coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software and suggest solutions for problems or software enhancements
Assist in writing, modifying, and debugging software for client applications and writes programs according to specifications from higher-level personnel
Assist in developing the critical components of the solution, including but not limited to, security, rules infrastructure, custom adapter implementation, and application interfaces
Use source debuggers and visual development environments
Profile, analyze, and optimize the software
Employ best practices for design, development, unit testing and test plan development and develop software user manuals
Participate in team meetings, including daily standups and Scrum meetings
Requirements
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Software Engineering or related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Familiarity with Web Development Technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, Groovy, Grails, Angular
Familiarity with Backend Development Technologies such as Python
Familiarity with hardware or software tools at an appropriate academic level
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred but not required
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience
