About the role

  • Manage the entire release lifecycle, from development to production deployment
  • Provide requirement transparency and disseminate user feedback across development teams
  • Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.
  • Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events
  • Collaborate with user groups and multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions that satisfy the requirements of the Statement of Work
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
  • Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards
  • Develop and conduct automated integrations tests as part of a robust CI/CD pipeline and generating Test result documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT or related field
  • Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with adjudicated CI Poly
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a software release management, software engineering, system engineering, or similar role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, system architecture, integration, and validation
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and optimize release processes, including branching strategies, build pipelines, and deployment automation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
