Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects.
Ensure quality of work delivered by technical teams, serve as escalation point for client concerns.
Identify and implement technical team process efficiencies to benefit the technical team and clients.
Define, at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with our client’s business problems and ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices.
Understand customer requirements, translate to high-quality technical solutions, and communicate and deliver them to clients.
Support development teams to write/estimate stories, monitor developers’ work, and own overall quality and delivery of development.
Lead technical onboarding efforts with new clients to understand their current processes and platform configurations.
Perform Sprint demos and deliver any purchased development artifacts, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Collaborate with Development Managers to monitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues.
Mentor architects and developers on technical design standards and best practices.
Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products.

Requirements

U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 15 years applicable experience
Must be able to report onsite weekly in Arlington, VA
1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows
