About the role
- Contribute to the IT Storefront development team
- Handle general ServiceNow platform administration duties
- Responsible for all aspects of the platform, including monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance
- Maintain understanding of enterprise and platform-level architecture
- Manage patch and upgrade cycles of the platform
- Oversee development pipeline and assist with update set promotions
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with clone down of production to lower instances
- Keep up to date with industry trends for administration and maintenance of the platform
- Perform architecture design and reviews
- Identify risks and compliance issues with the platform
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and testing
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
- At least 3 years of experience specifically focused on ServiceNow administration
- Experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups
- Must meet 8570 IAT Level II and/or 8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Certified ServiceNow Developer
- A strong interest in agile software development practices
- Experience delivering deployable software in short sprints
- Experience managing and maintaining cloud ServiceNow instances (in the DoD IL4+ space)
- Experience with remote support.
