Develop highly complex, mission critical scoped and global applications for DHS
Participate in agile daily scrums and ceremonies, updating stories in ServiceNow
Support customer requirement workshops with product owner/stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid-level staff
Design, create, and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.
Support the development of use cases and testing procedures

Requirements

U.S. citizen with the ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 15 years applicable experience
1 or more active ServiceNow certifications
Extensive understanding of ServiceNow configuration and scripting
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP/REST
Experience with Okta and SSO technologies
Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows
