Requirements

Undergraduate degree required, preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.
10-12 years of related progressively responsible Information Technology experience, including 1 to 2 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing budgets and complex timelines.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
ITIL Certification.
Multiple ServiceNow Certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity.
