Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Cabrillo Hospice markets including government agencies, key referral sources, and competitors' market positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least three (3) years’ experience in health care marketing management preferably in hospice care operations
Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
Demonstrates good communication skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
