About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Director of Operations Intelligence
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive operational excellence and inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical strategies
  • Oversee data collection and analysis
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize operational performance
  • Collaborate individually and with OI and BI team members to support operational decision-making and business growth
  • Build, maintain, and communicate reporting models, scorecards, KPIs, and related tools for operations leadership
  • Prepare and present results to team and company leadership using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other visualization tools
  • Provide strategic assistance and recommendations on operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and identify underlying business needs
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics preferred
  • 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations including frequency distribution, test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables
  • Ability to acquire and maintain BI continuing education credentials according to the BI training curriculum
  • Knowledge of BI best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced Excel/data management skills strongly preferred
  • Successful completion of background screening, drug screening, and reference check required before hire
