About the role
- Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products from concept to retirement.
- Ensure cross-functional team support on all aspects of product design, development, and execution.
- Drive business analysis and experimentation, capturing insights that inform product design and development.
- Monitor customer experience and identify/recommend enhancements to improve the experience and lead to greater product adoption.
- Work closely with the Business Sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and drive product enhancements to address them.
- Research and understand the competitive landscape in order to provide the products and features necessary for our success.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or Product Development
- Experience with Voice Communication technologies and services is required
- Familiarity with telecom industry including regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgement and creativity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
