About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software for high-traffic, large-audience platforms
  • Oversee and mentor junior and senior software developers and QA developers
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategy & Marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across web and mobile platforms
  • Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to customer value, retention, business revenue, and cost effectiveness
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance
  • Champion best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trend

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience building enterprise-level software for large audiences and high-traffic environments
  • Hands-on expertise with ReactJS, NextJS, Windows Azure, Vercel, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience leading and managing software development teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with product/project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with B2B/B2C, mobile applications, and ecommerce optimization (nice to have)
  • Experience in cable/broadband industry (nice to have, not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with enterprise content management systems (SiteCore, AEM, etc).
