About the role

  • This position is responsible for developing and driving sales growth for Cabinetworks Group products within an assigned territory that includes Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Dealer partners.
  • The role focuses on strategically targeting clients to meet and exceed goals for total sales and comparative store growth.
  • The incumbent will build strong relationships to influence brand loyalty, expand market share, and identify training opportunities.
  • This position requires effective territory analysis to prioritize high-growth opportunities while ensuring responsive service to all accounts.
  • The individual will develop and execute both broad and account-specific strategies centered on sales execution, training, issue resolution, and merchandising excellence to achieve sustained market share growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues, with demonstrated decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
  • Ability to travel daily within assigned region.
  • Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management.
  • Ability to travel quarterly beyond region.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
